5 days a week plan about 30 minutes a day + running | Monday | Deep squats, box squats, lunges, reverse lunges, dead lift, calf raises, hanging leg lifts, medicine ball ab workout, 20 minute run | | Tuesday | close, reg & wide grip bench, skull crushers, tricept push downs, tri extensions, dips, flys, incline flys, buddy bench, 10 100 yard sprints | | Wednesday | Dumbell curls, straight bar/curl bar wide and close grip curls; isolation curls; seated curls, wrist curls front and back, ladder curls, buddy curls | Thursday | pull ups, good mornings; straight leg dead lift, bent over rows, lat pull downs, reverse flys, back twists, one arm row, hanging leg lifts, medicine ball abs, 10 minutes of hills | | Friday | push press, militaries, lat raises, front raises, hand stand push ups, shoulder shrugs, reverse flys, partner neck resistance left-right/up-down, back bridge, front bridge, 10 minutes of Jump Rope | |

Ms. Barker is presenting the RAC with our request for a new mat for our ever growing team. If you know any of the RAC reps please let them know how much we need a new mat since our team keeps growing in size, especally to prevent injury. |
